1.GENERAL DELIVERY INFORMATION

1.1. Stock availability: Some items are manufactured upon order. This delay is typically one week. If your order, or part thereof, has to first be manufactured, you will be contacted and advised of the estimated delivery date accordingly. If urgent delivery is needed, please enquire before placing your online order.

1.2. Delivery time: The delivery time is dependent on two factors. The first is stock availability (see this section for details thereof). The second is your selected delivery option to your location. If urgent delivery is needed, please enquire from This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it before placing your online order. The item in your order with the longest stock availability time will determine the delivery time of your order.

1.3. Tracking your package: Upon shipment, you will be emailed the details in order to be able to track the progress of your package. This will typically entail the shipping service’s contact details and a reference number. Your order cannot currently be tracked from within your LifeChange Warehouse online customer account.

1.4. Collecting: As the warehousing and shipping service is outsourced, it is with regret that orders cannot be collected from the Leadership Warehouse offices.

1.5. Liability: All delivery and availability details provided are estimations only. Although we strive for service excellence, The LifeChange Warehouse cannot be held responsible for any manufacturing or delivery delays, including customs, excise and clearing delays and confiscations.

1.6. Undeliverable packages: From time to time packages are returned as undeliverable. Unless the matter can be solved promptly, a full refund (including the delivery charges for South Africa deliveries; excluding the delivery charges for African and international deliveries) is automatically given to the customer. As a standard procedure orders are not re-shipped. If you would still like to purchase the returned items you’d need to place a new online order.

2. SOUTH AFRICA

2.1. Cost: The standard delivery fee is R40 per order.

2.2. Door-to-door delivery: These orders are delivered to your door per courier economy service. The delivery time is dependent on both the time of day that the order is received and if your delivery is to a main centre or outlying area. Delivery times are typically Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The estimated delivery time of available stock items to main centres is between 24 to 48 hours, while delivery to an address outside a main centre is around 3 days. You need to submit a physical delivery address and contact telephone number at the time of check-out.

2.3. Counter-to-counter delivery: Your package is shipped with the South African Post Office’s domestic counter-to-counter parcel service (Ordinary Parcel). You’d need to collect your package at the respective Post Office branch. The Post Office branch should supply you with a collection notification slip, sent to either a physical address or a post box address provided at the time of check-out. Remember, you still need to collect the package from the Post Office branch. The estimated delivery time is one week. Please note this is not the Post Office Speed Services service.

2.4. Overnight delivery: For overnight delivery options, please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it before placing your online order.

3. AFRICAN COUNTRIES (EXCL SOUTH AFRICA)

3.1. Cost: The standard delivery fee is R245 per order.

3.2. Counter-to-counter delivery: Your package is shipped with EMS (Express Mail Services). International Express Mail Service (EMS) is a special postal service offered by postal administrations of countries and regions where EMS items enjoy the preferential treatment of post, customs and airline companies. You’d need to collect your package at the respective EMS-related postal branch in your country. To facilitate early delivery of parcels to their destinations, customers are advised to provide correct and precise physical addresses such as house numbers, street names, telephone numbers and suburbs. Customers should note that addresses through the post box system without telephone numbers may cause delays. Expected recipients will be invited to collect items or parcels which would be subject to customs examinations. Recipients will have to provide a valid proof of identity. The estimated delivery time will vary from country to country, however you will be able to track & trace your parcel online at EMS.

3.3. Customs, duties, taxes and delays: The customer is responsible for any customs, excise and clearing procedures and duties that may be payable upon arrival in the recipient country. The LifeChange Warehouse has no control over these fees and delays and thus cannot estimate a delivery time. All orders are subject to the customs, excise and clearing laws of the recipient country. You are responsible for assuring that the order items may be lawfully imported to the recipient country.
